2. Account Registration:

To use the My Mufti App, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the registration process. You are also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Appointments:

The My Mufti App allows users to schedule appointments with Scholars. The availability of appointments is subject to the availability of the Scholar for that you need to discuss with scholars yourself through chat. While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we do not guarantee the availability of specific appointment times.

4. Events:

Our platform offers direct access to esteemed scholars for private consultations, fosters open dialogue through public discussions, keeps you updated on Islamic events, and facilitates convenient appointments.

5. Public Questions:

Connect with experts, ask questions, and expand your Knowledge effortlessly. Engage with the community, share opinions, and track the expiration of discussions effortlessly.

6. User Conduct:

You agree to use the My Mufti App in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. You will not use the app to engage in any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activities.

7. Privacy Policy:

My Mufti App respects the privacy of its Users. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

8. Modification Of Terms:

We may update this Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the "last updated" date will be revised accordingly. Your continued use of the My Mufti App after any changes to this Terms and Conditions constitutes acceptance of those changes.

9. User Data Deletion:

You have the right to delete your account and all associated personal data at any time directly through the My Mufti App. To delete your account, navigate to the settings menu within the app and select the option to delete your account. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the deletion process.

If you prefer, you can also request account deletion by contacting us at info@mymuftiapp.com. Upon processing your request, all data associated with your account, including your personal information, activity history, and interactions within the App, will be permanently deleted from our active databases.

Please note that while your data will be removed from our active systems, it may still be retained in our backup systems for a limited time. We ensure that any remaining data will be securely disposed of once it is no longer needed.

Additionally, there may be instances where we are required to retain certain data to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements. In such cases, only the data necessary for these purposes will be retained.
